PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 8, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $11,478,414.49. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 extending the contract for an additional 90 days. This contract consists of approximately 25 miles of roadway resurfacing in unincorporated areas of the County. Work was impacted by additional weather delays. This request is to extend the contract to allow the contractor time to complete the remaining road resurfacing under this contract.
