PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $163,800.00. On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $661,038.79. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2023 and add additional funding for an amount not to exceed $853,508.40. This request is to add additional funding for the renewal licenses related to the County’s HCM Cloud Services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Oracle America, Inc., 500 Oracle Pkwy., Red Shores, CA 94065
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,514,598.36
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
