PURPOSE:
On February 24, 2020, Neopost USA Inc.’s name was changed to Quadient Inc. as a result of the Company’s rebranding efforts. This request is for consent to assignment of contracts to Quadient Inc. with no change in contract terms, conditions or prices.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Consent to Assignment of contracts to:
Quadient Inc, 478 Wheelers Farms Rd, Milford, CT 06461
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Consent to Assignment and all associated documents.
