PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $6,753,291.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract term through June 30, 2021. This contract consists of an evaluation study using CCTV inspection of approximately 1,500,000 linear feet of gravity sewer mains of various sizes and various locations. This request is to increase the scope of work, funding, and the contract term to allow for the continuation of CCTV assessments for large diameter sewers lines. The additional time and resources will allow the County to address all identified critical needs and be in compliant under the Consent Decree Program.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:

 

Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC, 1401 Seabord Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810

 

Amount Not To Exceed $1,733,251.50

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
