PURPOSE:
To consider accepting $1,744.00 for DeKalb County Veterans Treatment Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) and appropriating the amount to an existing grant award.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) has awarded $1,744.00 to the DeKalb County Veterans Treatment Court to use towards three (3) months of hotspot internet services, desktop computer, and printer for Veterans Court Treatment Coordinator. The funding period is from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and no match is required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for three (3) months of hotspot services, desktop computer, and printer provided by Criminal Justice Coordinating Council in the amount of $1,744.00. Funding must be expended by June 30, 2021, end of State FY 2021.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $1,744.00 for DeKalb County Veterans Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and appropriate the amount to an existing grant award.
