PURPOSE:
To consider accepting $5,650.00 for DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) and appropriating the amount to an existing grant award.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) has awarded $5,650.00 to the DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court to use towards contracted services such as: counseling, nursing, psychiatric and/or treatment group services. The funding period is from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and no match is required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for contracted services such as: counseling, nursing, psychiatric and/or treatment group services provided by Criminal Justice Coordinating Council in the amount of $5,650.00. Funding must be expended by June 30, 2021, end of State FY 2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $5,650.00 for DeKalb County Adult Felony Drug Court from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and appropriate the amount to an existing grant award.
