PURPOSE:

To consider accepting the FY21 CJCC/PAC award in the amount of $212,075 with a match requirement of $53,019 to support the salaries and benefits of four (4) Victim-Witness Advocates. The award also covers training and conferences as well as supplies for this program.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Council (PAC) awarded the Solicitor’s Office funding for FY20-21 to assist in the continued support salaries and benefits of employees working within the VWAP program.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The award requires a 20% match of which will come directly from our offices Transfer to Grants Account. The match requirement is $53,019.

To approve and accept grant funds in the amount of $212,075 from PAC, with a required match of $53,019.
