PURPOSE:

The Solicitor’s Office is requesting approval for additional fleet for our Investigator Division

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Office of the Solicitor-General is seeking approval to purchase a 2021 Chevrolet Traverse to add to our current inventory to be utilized by our investigators. This vehicle will be purchased using grants funds from our FY2019 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG 24). This grant is allocated to expenses tied to the investigation’s unit. 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The vehicle is priced by Hardy Fleet Group at $27,220. Grant funds will be used to purchase the vehicle. We are not requesting additional funds at this time.

Recommended Action

To approve an addition to Fleet Management for ONE Chevy Traverse vehicle to be utilized by the Investigator’s Unit at the Solicitor’s Office (State Court)
