PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect the appointment of Benjamin Bell to District 2 Community Council made by Commissioner Ted Terry.
Benjamin Bell will be replacing Commissioner Terry’s current District 2 Community Council Appointment Ian Bogost, who has given notice to resign due to schedule conflicts. Benjamin Bell has indicated his intent to serve in this capacity for Commissioner Ted Terry.
NEED/IMPACT:
Record the appointment of Benjamin Bell as the replacement for Ian Bogost, the current District 2 Community Council, into the minutes of the Board of Commissioners.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record the appointment of Benjamin Bell to the District 2 Community Council, appointed by District 6 Commissioner Ted Terry, to fulfill the term ending on December 31, 2024.
