PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on July 14, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. This contract consists of purchasing compressed natural gas fuel for the County’s CNG vehicles on an as needed basis. This request is to add $240,000.00 in funding to purchase CNG Fuel until July 31, 2021 and to exercise the 1st renewal option with an amount not to exceed $720,000.00.

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through July 31, 2022 with:

AFS DeKalb Georgia LLC. 121 Perimeter Center West, Suite 320, Atlanta, GA 30346

Amount Not To Exceed: $960,000.00
