PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 11, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd and final renewal option for an amount not to exceed $240,000.00. This contract consists of providing implementation services for the Cityworks Asset Management software to manage projects for R&D and FM. This request is to exercise Change Order No. 1 for data mitigation services for roads and drainage. Services are required to have R&D’s Oracle EBS work management data set mitigated into the new CityWorks AMS work order database.
