PURPOSE:
Consists of the SAAS ProjectDox Electronic Plan Review purchase, which will allow citizens to submit commercial and residential plans electronically for review and approval. Avolve Software will be invoiced in an amount not to exceed $134,352 annually to provide service support, training, maintenance, and software updates for ProjectDox products. By approving the full amount, the County can lock in pricing for the five year term.

Avolve Software Corporation, 4835 Cactus Road, Suite 420, Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Amount Not To Exceed: $671,760.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
