PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On June 25, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $2,120,380.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $798,600.00. This contract consists of providing technical, professional, and administrative staff to execute land and easement acquisition services and other related activities associated with land and easement acquisitions. This request is to exercise the 3rd renewal option. If the contract is not renewed, the county will not have a contract in place for continued land and easement acquisitions in furtherance of capital improvement and Consent Decree related work.

Recommended Action
Recommended approval to exercise the 3rd renewal option through June 30, 2022 with:
Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (fka Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC), 2450 Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,341,835.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
