PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on August 27, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $990,510.04.  On June 14, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,261,138.40.  Consists of litter removal for 37 locations within the County.  This request is the exercise the 2nd and final renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through August 31, 2022 with:
