PURPOSE:

 Awarded by the BOC on September 13, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2020. On April 14, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for additional funds to comply with the State of Georgia’s new Category 1 dam ownership requirement. On December 8, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the term of the contract to June 30, 2021.  These contracts consist of the provision of professional engineering and design services for localized drainage repair, stormwater improvement, bridge repair and other related civil engineering projects. This request is to extend the term of each of the contracts to December 31, 2021 and to add additional funding to the AECOM contract in order to continue inspections, reporting, engineering and design for dams, bridges and roads for a growing backlog of Stormwater Projects, and to continue working on the backlog of Stormwater projects.
