PURPOSE:
The purpose of this item is to approve a resolution to appropriate Federal Coronavirus Relief Fund proceeds assigned to POETA Account #105424.63258.521209.01.05. to assist DeKalb juveniles with education, technology, counseling, and other wrap around services as needed by the court.
NEED/IMPACT:
COVID - 19 has impacted many families in District 5 and Public relief is needed to counter the impact of the COVID - 19 pandemic. This budget amendment will place resources with the DeKalb County Juvenile Court to provide assistance to the youth which the court serves.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Decrease the District 5 CARES Act account (POETA # is 105424.63258.521209.01.05.602313) by $10,000 and Increase the DeKalb County Juvenile Court Council account by $10,000.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
