PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 11, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. On December 15, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $73,000.00 to compensate for funds utilized by Watershed Management for an emergency removal of outdated tanks mandated by the State (EPD regulatory compliance requirement). This contract consists of maintaining, cleaning & inspecting multiple fuel tanks as needed to ensure clean fuel is dispensed to County fleet. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option of 2 options to renew.
