PURPOSE:
To obtain Board of Commissioners approval of the Split Creek Park Master Plan
NEED/IMPACT:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department seeks BOC approval of the master plan for Split Creek Park. The plan includes a pavilion with tables and benches, a community garden, a small creek overlook, soft surface trails, parking lot, landscaping, and other amenities. The estimated budget to implement the plan is $1,087,982.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to approve the Split Creek Park Master Plan and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
