PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 23, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $243,360.00. This contract consists of leasing golf carts to support daily operations at Sugar Creek Golf and Tennis Club. This request is to increase the leased golf carts inventory from forty-eight (48) to sixty-eight (68) to meet the growing number of golfers in the DeKalb County and Atlanta area.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Club Car, 4125 Washington Road, Evans, GA 30809
Amount Not To Exceed: $84,828.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the addition to the lease and all associated documents.
