PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 27, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $1,390,303.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $140,334.16. On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $46,778.05. On August 25, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $280,668.30. This contract consists of the review, approval and tracking of LSBE certifications and the monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance with the DeKalb First LSBE Ordinance. This request is to add funding and to extend the contract term for an additional year to implement the recommendations resulting from an internal assessment and the development of processes to better monitor the program.
