PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on July 11, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00. On March 13, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00. On October 23, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed
$1,000,000.00. On October 22, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00.  On August 25, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On December 15, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00.  This request is for additional funding to address the increase in technology related purchases due to the pandemic.
