PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2020 to two (2) bidders for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On July 28, 2020, the BOC approved the request to rescind award to one of the bidders and awarded R.B. Communications, Inc. an additional $100,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On February 2, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add additional funds for the 2020 elections related camera installations. On April 13, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. This request is to add additional funds for the unexpected installation of the Watershed camera replacement project.
