PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on May 12, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $842,922.00.  This contract consists of providing programming, design and construction administration services for the 178 Sams Street Facility.  This request is to extend the term for redesign work required in Buildings 1 and 2 and to complete construction administration. These changes include additional office space, shower and changing rooms, addition of a unisex bathroom, a meeting room, security monitoring offices and build-out of additional offices to accommodate building support staff such as IT and Human Resources. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 through March 31, 2022 with:

 

Stevens & Wilkinson, GA, Inc., 100 Peachtree St., NW, Suite 2500, Atlanta, GA 30303

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $26,155.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
