PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 13, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $792,187.00. This contract consists of the repair and/or replacement of various park tennis courts throughout DeKalb County. This request is for additional funding to complete the repairs at ten (10) tennis courts at the DeKalb Tennis Center for additional linear feet of crack repair, the inclusion of repairs at two (2) additional sites: Wade Walker Park (8 courts) and Dottie Bridges (4 courts), to provide funding as a result of an escalation in pricing for the fence materials and to extend the contract term to allow for the completion of the repairs at the current and added sites.
