PURPOSE:
On November 24, 2020 approval for the purchase and installation of thirteen (13) Falcon Cameras was awarded for an amount not to exceed $58,500.00. On March 1, 2021 Change Order No. 1 was approved for two (2) additional cameras, license plate readers, and a two-year annual subscription for an amount not to exceed $10,500.00. This is proprietary equipment, and the vendor is the sole provider of the comprehensive monitoring, processing and machine vision service which integrates with the Flock Safety ALPR Cameras. This request is to purchase twenty-five (25) additional cameras with a two (2) year service agreement.
