Consists of providing on-call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying and construction administration services for water and sewer consent decree projects in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This request is to increase the contract term through December 31, 2022 and funding to Contract No. 1034377 and to increase the contract term through December 31, 2022 to Contract Nos.: 1034376, 1034379 and 1034381. Awarded to Arcadis U.S., Inc., Atkins North America, Inc., Brown and Caldwell, Inc., and Black & Veatch Corporation. Total Amount Not to Exceed $1,000,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2016 to four (4) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $12,000,000.00. On October 23, 2018, the BOC approved an increase in funding to all four (4) contracts for a total amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved an increase in funding for Contact No. 1034377 (Arcadis) and the contract term through December 31, 2021 to all four (4) contracts. On June 8, 2021, the BOC approved an increase in funding to Contract Nos.: 1034376 (Atkins), 1034379 (Brown and Caldwell), and 1014381 (Black & Veatch). This request will allow for the continuation of existing engineering services. Lastly, this request will also ensure there is no lapse in service while new contracts are procured and awarded in 2021. Proposals are in the final evaluation stages. The RFP is currently in the evaluation phase.
