PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2016 to six (6) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $18,000,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract Nos. 1043445 and 1043468 in a total amount not to exceed $4,900,000.00. On October 27, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract Nos. 1043467, 103470, 1043473 and 1043474 in a total amount not to exceed $5,640,128.08. On March 23, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. 1043468 in an amount not to exceed $1,287,240.74. On August 24, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to Contract Nos. 1043455, 1043470, and 1043473 in a total amount not to exceed $2,441,293.00. This contract consists of various construction management services inclusive of pre-construction services, construction inspections, and other related services. This request is to increase funding for one (1) of the six (6) awarded vendors. The additional funding will allow for the continued completion of previously assigned work as well as allow for assistance in completing upcoming capital improvement and consent decree projects. This request will also ensure there is sufficient funding in place so there is no lapse in service until new contracts are procured and awarded in 2021.
