PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 11, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $401,295.01. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd and final renewal option for an amount not to exceed $240,000.00. On June 8, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $24,125.00. This contract consists of providing implementation services for the Cityworks Asset Management software to manage projects for R&D, FM; and for data mitigation services for roads and drainage. Services are required to have R&D's Oracle EBS work management data set mitigated into the new CityWorks AMS work order database and Oracle 311. This request is to extend the contract's term to December 31, 2023 and to add additional funding to allow ongoing projects to be completed.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term through December 31, 2023 with:
Woolpert, Inc. 375 Northridge Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30350
Amount Not To Exceed: $538,466.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents....
