PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively-let Sourcewell Contract No. GA-ST03-040820-LRI for State of Georgia - Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract for the provision of bridge repair services at Mason Mill Park. The bridge and boardwalk at Mason Mill Park which provides access for maintenance vehicles and pedestrian along the PATH into Medlock Park has severely deteriorated and is sagging. The structural integrity of the bridge/boardwalk has been undermined and this section of the PATH has been closed until repairs can be made. These services are necessary to prevent the collapse of the bridge.

JOC Construction, LLC, 500 Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA 30601
Amount Not To Exceed: $972,055.81
