PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 17, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00.  On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved the first renewal for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00.  This request is to exercise the second and final renewal option.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option through December 31, 2022 with:
