PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $3,223,197.45. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 adding funds for an amount not to exceed $26,174.72 for the lowering of two (2) sanitary sewer laterals that are in conflict with the proposed drain system and to extend the contract term. This request is to extend the contract term for an additional six (6) months due to utility relocation delays that are having a negative impact on the contractor’s schedule.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 through June 30, 2022 with:
E. R. Snell Contractor, Inc., 1785 Oak Road, Snellville, GA 30078
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
