CO - Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 1094348 Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study for Ongoing Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (OSARP): for use by the Department of Watershed Management (DWM). This contract consists of performing an evaluation study on wastewater collection system assets as part of the Consent Decree’s Ongoing Sewer Assessment Program. This request is to increase the scope of work, funding, and the contract term through December 31, 2023. Awarded to Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC. Amount Not To Exceed: $5,590,272.50.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $6,753,291.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term through June 30, 2021. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the scope of work, contract term through January 31, 2022, and funding in an amount not to exceed $1,733,251.50. This contract consists of an evaluation study using CCTV inspection of gravity sewer mains of various sizes and various locations. The work also includes the manhole condition assessments of sanitary sewer manholes at various locations. This request will allow for the continued completion of large diameter sanitary sewer assessments, cleaning, and capacity restoration activities under the County’s Consent Decree and EPA approved Contingency and Emergency Response Plan (CERP) and Ongoing Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (OSARP).

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC, 1401 Seabord Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810
Amount Not To Exceed: $5,590,272.50
and authorized the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
