PURPOSE:

In order to ensure that the Department of Sanitation has sufficient funding to complete the tasks of removing debris from vacant properties that have been subject to an eviction;

 

NEED/IMPACT:

These fees are needed to ensure that the Department of Sanitation can efficiently and effectively complete their tasks;

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

None;
