PURPOSE:
To allow citizens additional opportunities to vote early;
NEED/IMPACT:
Early voting has become essential to the elections process to reduce lines and ensure that every citizen has ample opportunity to cast their ballot, and in the 2020 general election 35% of citizens that cast a ballot in DeKalb County voted early and 100 million Americans voted early;
