PURPOSE:

This contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract No. 99999-001-SPD0000100-0073 for the purchase of task and guest chairs for offices and workstations, chairs for the conference rooms and stools for the breakrooms for collaboration, and one stop waiting areas at the 178 Sams Street Facility.

Recommend approval to purchase from the SWC No. 99999-001-SPD0000100-0073 with:

 

Allseating Corporation, 5800 Avebury Rd, Unit 3, Missisaugua, ON L5R 3M3

 

Amount Not To Exceed: 129,770.76
