PURPOSE:

On August 9, 2019, the Office of the Secretary of State certified Dominion Voting Systems as the official voting system in the State of Georgia. The County has purchased its voting supplies from this vendor since July 2020. This request is to establish a contract with the vendor to purchase voting supplies for the 2022 and 2023 election cycles.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the sole source with:

 

Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., 1801 Lawrence St, Denver, CO 80202

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $2,400,000.00

 

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
