PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 27, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $212,844.75. Consists of purchasing steel bottoms and top lids for commercial waste containers at various locations within the County. After numerous attempts to obtain the required documentation to secure the contract in place, the Prime has not responded to; nor have made any good faith efforts to provide the required documentation. This request is for the rescission of the award to CAR Industries of GA II, LLC dba Container Repair Service. A new solicitation will be created for a contract for these services.
