PURPOSE:
To support legislation that amends the State Election Code to allow Counties to utilize Instant Runoff Voting for their local elections and to Commission a study committee to evaluate Rank Choice Voting for all future elections held in the state of Georgia including federal, state, county, and municipal jurisdictions.
