PURPOSE:
To extend the contract with Lexicon Strategies, LLC through December 31, 2022 and add funds in a total amount not to exceed $102,000.00, to be allocated from District 4 Reserve for Allocation Account for continued consulting services related to the review of the viability of a CID along Memorial Drive Corridor.
NEED/IMPACT:
Continued engagement and assessment with property and busines owners along the Memorial Drive Corridor regarding the formation of a CID.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$102,000 from District 4 2021 Reserve for Allocation funds
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to Contract 1234631 with Lexicon Strategies, LLC to extend the Contract Term through December 31, 2022 and add funds in an amount not to exceed $102,000.00 for continued consulting services and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
