PURPOSE:
To correct a scrivener’s error in agenda item 2020-6040 and the Resolution that was attached to the agenda item to appropriate federal coronavirus relief proceeds to a loan program for the purpose of giving support and relief to local small businesses within the County affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Grant Fund was listed as #285, but it should have been listed as Grant Fund #258.
NEED/IMPACT:
This correction of a scrivener’s error in agenda item 2020-6040 and the Resolution that was attached to the agenda item to appropriate federal coronavirus relief proceeds to a loan program for the purpose of giving support and relief to local small businesses within the County affected by the COVID-19 pandemic will accurately reflect and memorialize the record that Grant Fund #258 was used for the Better Business Loan Program. All future reports, audits, and reviews will consistently reflect the Grant Fund #258.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No cost to the County.
