PURPOSE:

Consists of providing contract construction documents, drawings, reports, plans, engineering documents, specifications, interior design, and contract administration and related services for a variety of planning, design and construction projects for the County.  Projects include, but not limited to; conceptual space planning and budgeting, interior and exterior design, wayfinding and signage standards, and Best Practices for Green and Sustainable facility design projects. Sixteen (16) proposals were received. 

This substitute has been revised as a result of OIIA audit and discussions held in OPS.
