PURPOSE:
To authorize funding to renovate the Maloof Annex Auditorium and Lobby. Modifications to the Auditorium include the addition of an Executive conference room behind the stage, a new look to the stage and panel used by the BOC for meetings, enclosure of the IT and meeting control areas and a complete cosmetic upgrade to the room. Renovation of the Annex Lobby will match the recently installed finishes in the Maloof Building Lobby.
NEED/IMPACT:
This renovation will create a more up-to-date and professional look for the room, make more efficient use of the space and update the existing technology.

Recommended Action
Approve funding of $1,704,990.00 for construction of the Maloof Annex Auditorium and Lobby. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any necessary documents.
