PURPOSE:
The County is upgrading its HR system to Oracle HCM with a go-live date of January 2022. To streamline and automate the background investigation and I-9 verification processes, an Oracle partner, with established integration is required to meet the go-live date and system requirements.
This substitute is to revise the authorization granted to the CEO in the Recommendation Section.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the sole source with:
HireRight, LLC, 3349 Michelson Drive, Suite 150, Irvine, CA 92612
Amount Not To Exceed: $243,818.00
and authorize the CEO to execute the contract with a waiver of the First Source Jobs Ordinance, and all associated documents, all in a form acceptable to the County Attorney.
