PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 121C in Land Lot 186
of the 15th District for the following street: Columbia Oaks Way; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100 % percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed two dollars and forty-seven cents ($2.47) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 121C in Land Lot 186 of the 15th District and have streetlights installed on Columbia Oaks Way; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
