PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 121AD in
Land Lot 152 of the 18th District for the following streets: Briarcliff Road; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Streetlights are to be installed on Briarcliff Road as required for developments by Chapter 5.4.3 of the Zoning Code of DeKalb County. Owners of 100% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed three dollars and seventy-one cents ($3.71) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 121AD in Land Lot 152 of the 18th District for Briarcliff Road; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
