PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 9, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. Consists of providing managed network services and maintenance support services. On September 14, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to correct the contract term and to increase the contract by the amount not to exceed $619,754.01. This request is to exercise the 1st renewal option, which consist of Annual Monitoring $176, 400.00, Security Managed Services $289,971.76, Azure Professional Services $93,499.00 and Monthly Professional Services $300,000.00 for a total of $859,870.76.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through March 31, 2023:
Layer 3 Communications, 1450 Oakbrook Drive, Norcross, GA 30093
Amount Not To Exceed $859,870.76
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
