PURPOSE:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department seeks Board of Commissioner approval to rename Rehoboth Park to Pea Ridge Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
At the request of the surrounding community, RPCA seeks approval to rename the DeKalb County park located at 3105 Tolbert Drive, Decatur, GA 30033 from Rehoboth Park to Pea Ridge Park. The new name reflects the history of the park and provides a separate identity as the park is being newly developed.

Recommended Action
To approve the renaming of Rehoboth Park to Pea Ridge Park and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
