PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017, for an amount not to exceed $163,800.00. On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $661,038.79. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2023 and add additional funding for an amount not to exceed $853,508.40. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed: $1,514,598.36. This request is to add additional funding for the renewal licenses related to the County’s HCM Cloud Services, including Oracle Cloud Software License Support and Maintenance.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 4 with:
Oracle America, Inc., 500 Oracle Pkwy., Red Shores, CA 94065
Amount Not To Exceed: $2,786,413.38
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
