PURPOSE:
This project was awarded as a sole source to Site Engineering by the BOC on July 27, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $150,000. Consists of the completion of the purchase and installation of a river litter trap and boom system. Phase II, the installation and construction of a crane and service area to empty the trash baskets, was not considered at the beginning of the project. This request will allow for additional funding needed due to pandemic pricing and supply chain issues and completion of Phase II.
