PURPOSE:

On November 19, 2021, Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. and Otto Industries North America, Inc. sold all property, inventory and contract rights to Duramax Holdings, LLC.  Duramax will conduct business as Duramax Holdings LLC, dba Otto Environmental Systems.  This request is for consent to assignment of Contract No. 1176858 to Duramax Holdings LLC, dba Otto Environmental Systems with no change in contract terms, conditions or prices.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Consent to Assignment of contract to:

Duramax Holdings LLC, dba Otto Environmental Systems, 12700 General Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Consent to Assignment and all associated documents.
